Vinification : the grapes are fermented on the skins after careful selection. Fermentation takes around 18 to 20 days at a controlled temperature of 28-29° C. After racking the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in inox vats . One part (about 15%) makes oak and other part (about 85%) makes only still. Bottling takes place in early summer. Aged in bottles for few months before release.

In the glass, brilliant red colour.
On the nose, distinct aroma of violet, plum and cherry.
