Vinification and aging: The grapes are fermented on the skins after careful selection. Fermentation takes around 18 to 20 days at a controlled temperature of 28-29° C. After racking the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in inox vats before being aged in French oak barriques (225lt) and tonneaux (500 lt) for nearly 14 months. Bottling takes place in early summer. Aged in bottles for another 16- 18 months before release.

Tasting Notes:
In the glass, intense, deep, limpid red.
On the nose, generous and complex with grassy notes and overtones of berry fruits and warm spices.
In the mouth, soft and pervasive, dense and well structured.
