Vinification and aging: An Albana di Romagna DOCG made in two versions conforming to different DOC regulations: Albana passito and Albana passito reserve. The grapes are left to dry out naturally for around 3 months and the skins separated out before fermentation begins. Fermentation is in French oak barriques (225 lt.) using the “bâtonnage sur lies” method, with the lees stirred back through the wine. The wine is then aged for around 14 months.

Tasting Notes:
In the glass, golden yellow with amber highlights.
On the nose, complex and intense with notes of apricot and peach and a citrus finish.
In the mouth, sweet and seductive with good length and soft, fresh and well-balanced extract.
