Vinification:
An Albana di Romagna DOCG made in two versions conforming to different DOC
regulations: Albana passito and Albana passito reserve. The grapes are left to
dry out naturally for around 3 months and the skins separated out before
fermentation begins. Fermentation is in French oak barriques using the �b�tonnage
sur lies� method, with the lees stirred back through the wine. The wine is then
aged for around 14 months
